Comfortable, spacious room, accessible location from metro/bus, great breakfast

Bit far from central Hong Kong. Also, vegetarian options are limited on the menu.

Amazing hotel at a very great and quite place with very good public transport facility available at stones throw. Breakfast is incredible and staffs are very polite and friendly. I reached very early morning and they were very kind to give me my room and I could get a good four hours sleep before attending my meeting in the afternoon. they also allow you to get a late check-out which is very helpful as an international traveler. The airport is accessible by a bus which stops at the front of the hotel. Great place and very good quality given the price.

Shower water pressure is AMAZING!!! We got a nice room with river view, quite bright and spacious for HK standards. The staff was polite and friendly, especially housekeeping. Bus stops literally downstairs, including A41 airport bus.

Shower door wouldn’t shut properly, therefore quite a bit of water will be leaking out and flood the bathroom floor. The hotel itself is quite old and a little outdated, however the price was rather steep for a 4-star hotel in sha tin - which is why I wouldn’t say it is good value for money.
