Villa Fontaine Tokyo Kayabacho

The location was good, not super crowded but close to everything, good metro station connection and the air terminal for the bus to/from the airport at walking distance. The capacity of the room was walkable, better than other locations in Tokyo for the same price. And they have a 24h front desk and luggage storage.

Luckily we decided not to purchase the breakfast and check there. We bought one day only and it was terrible, the worst I have ever seen. Don't take it, there are 3 Caffè around the are that are much more worthy. The wifi is practically not working, we had a good 5G from our chips and we bought enough MB to not need it, but if you o u want to save on MB because you have the hotel wifi later, don't count on this one

Very clean and comfortable staff were lovely, would totally stay here again.

The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The room was clean and had a view of the street.

I was unhappy about the noise level at late night. I stayed three nights, and every single night there was incessant sound of closing doors between 11pm to 1am. It got to the extent that I couldn't sleep. I tracked down the noise and it turned out that the hotel is cleaning rooms / changing towels at this late hour! I don't think this is the fault of any individual cleaner. It is rather an inconsiderate decision of the hotel management. Chances are that my room was unluckily situated around the atrium. But given the risk, the hotel is probably not for those who rest early.
