Location was great, easy walking distance to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas, also right next to Palau Guell (which I didn't realize when booking and we didn't have a chance to check it out). The facilities were clean. There was AC and an Elevator! Appreciate 2 full bathrooms. I was traveling with a friend so we each had our own space. Access to the property was easy, I was given a code and an electronic access. There is a front door access as well. Luggage storage is available although we didn't need to use it.
Its in a busy neighborhood so there was some noise at night but nothing that ear plugs or white noise can't help. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors coming and going. I couldn't figure out how to switch the shower from handheld to rainhead (there were direction given, but we seemed to be missing the nob to switch it), we were only there 2 nights so this was all ok. Would be nice to have fans in the bedroom.

the layout of the apartment is good, the kitchen really good, the showers good, the living spaces big enough for a few days of staying in the apartment.
We got the ap 9 in front of the road and we could hear all the noises all night. there was drunk people passing by the road screaming the whole night and early hours in the morning. It s not very well sound proof the apartment, the windows need an upgrade. The main sofa is very uncomfortable as it s a sofa bed but the cushions didnt stay in place.

"Tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Gut ausgestattet, perfekt gelegen. Besonders gut fanden wir den Balkon zum Innenhof und den Locker zum Einschließen der Gepäckstücke am Abreisetag."
