Had some emails/phone call from Sam before our arrival, due to a big event being on in the local area. If discussed changing our check in time and was very accommodating with our plans. We were not aware of what was on,so would have arrived without knowing. Because of his information we amended our plans to make the most of the event.
Breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much hassle. Very attentive service. Also loved that Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the local and slightly wider area. He gave advice of good local attractions, markets happening in nearby towns.

Room was comfortable and clean, the host was helpful and friendly, and the parking was free in the Swannery car park. Breakfast was good, only a short walk down the Esplanade to the town centre, or if you wanted the beech that was more or less just over the road.

Very helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble, communication was prompt and always on hand if we needed something. Great location for the sea front and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast - generous helpings!
No parking at the guest house but totally acceptable free parking options provided at check-in
