Fantastic time... wonderful location 👌

The residence is near the beach, in a quiet area. The apartment is nice, it has a large terrace. The pool is very nice, it is between the residence and the beach. It is very safe for the children. The lunch break at the pool between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM is welcome.

The furniture and the air conditioning are a bit outdated. Maybe an iron will be useful.

close to the beach, nice walk at the beach - could reach the social town areas in 3 minutes walking, nice restaurants in the area, shops, everything within walking distance from the hotel within THAT part of Caorle. Historic center could only be reached using other transportation mode which was a bit limiting. This is great place for families with small kids - if you look for more action - I recommend the other part of Caorle (closer to the historic center).

the information about transportation to the other part of Caorle could have been more clear and shared with the guests on some flyer, we had to figure out ourselves about the ferry and bus. Also the distance from the historic city center where all the nice staff was located could be only reached using other transportation mode.

Perfect for family with kids. The beach is 1 minute away from hotel. Restaurants, Pizzeria you can find in the area. A Mini market is 5 Minutes distance.

There isn‘t any automat with drinks or coffee in hotel.

good location, a bit far from centre of Caorle if you go on foot (especially with small children) but not an issue with rollers or bikes or to take a bus. Nice and very friendly staff with good English. Rooms are clean and well equipment. wifi is low in peak times (as usual), if you (or your children) are internet addict maybe a sim mobile router is recommended. otherwise only positive impressions

The Residence has everything we looked for: a large room with a sea-view and two baby-beds. Everything is accessible with a double baby stroller (80 cm wide). Our apartment had two rooms and a kitchen in one of them. The best part were two large balconies, accessible from each room and both with the sea-view. Private parking spots are included in price.

It was a very disappointing experience. We didn't have air conditioning for 3 days. We booked this room specifically with A/C. I told the lady at reception that we have no A/C and asked if we could move to another room. There were several rooms available for those days (you could tell from the closed shutters), but it was not offered as a solution when I asked. The A/C was not fixed, so we spent the last 3 days of our vacation sweating and tossing and turning at night. Not having the cool temperature in the room as advertized, made our stay miserable. We didn't feel that we were appreciated as guests, or that the hotel was trying everything to accomodate us and to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. At check out we were told that we will get a refund. I'm still waiting for the money to arrive, so this just adds to our frustration. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Big terrace, aircondition, everything clean, beach, sea, everything what you need (pizza, ice cream, grocery) within walking distance , ideal place for vacation with young children and for adults too :)

Super close to the beach, great pool, apartment amenities were as expected, close to many restaurants and stores.

The sofa bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I had to move it to the floor on the second night. Also, this is not a big deal but it's the only thing I could think of - more bath towels would have been nice!

Wifi not working during peak hours, no kettle and toaster in the room, just one pot and one pan - too few for cooking.

Clean. Comfortable. Big balcony. Well furnished. Nice pool with a zone for children which is cleaned regularly.

Wifi is slow. I could not make video calls on whatsapp sometimes. Light is weak. It is really dark in the living room at night even with all lamps.
