After being massively let down by a hotel around the corner we rebooked and where welcomed in 15 mins later.
On arrival we had a warm welcome and where shown our room. My 6 year old pointed out that there was screws missing from one side of the bunk bed ladder. We where in a rush to get out and told the manager as we left. When we returned 2 or 3 hours later it had been fixed ready for sleep.
For reactive maintenance he gets 5 stars.
Nothing really, it was quiet through the noisey town night I really couldn't fault it for last minute and price

Nice location and close to attraction centres and city centre
No reception in the main property except one go to the other property

Its close to the town. Staff delt with a drunk person shouting in the hallway as soon as they were aware
Being put at the top of the hotel with a baby had 2 carry cases and pram which is not ideal
