If this was a major issue, i would have said while during my stay - unfortunately, trying to order drinks in the restaurant was a big problem - multiple occasions we asked for a drink (hot) 25 minutes each time! There two young lads who where fantastic

We loved the service very well and the staff were really friendly. The stay was also really good.

What I did like the most is the support of reception,operations and hospitality team. They were really attentive,proactive and action oriented. They were very kind and quick in attending and resolving the issues addressed to them during my stay with my family. Nikhil at the reception was very professional and kind in attending our requirements and made our stay comfortable. When it comes to other things at this facility,it was not true reflection of what shown in the website as 4 star hotel and that too as Mariott Brand! Overall facility doesnt qualify as 4 star hotel due to room size,amenities in the room,cleanliness. Rate paid was not worth for this level of servuve. Location was calm and ideal. Welcome staff were really good and customer focused at the entrance.

As mentioned above. Room quality,amenities, bed size, layout of the room is too outdated not meant for family stay..really not of 4 star level
