We liked everything about the property, it was perfect location as we liked the walk down to the beach . The pools were gorgeous and spotless. The apartment was lovely and we could watch the sun setting every evening from the balcony .

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the restaurant. We ate in it the first nyt and we could not eat the food . It was very disappointing. We did tell the receptionist on the nyt and he said he would let the kitchen know . We couldn’t eat in it again. It was a great location if the food had have been nice

Lovely terraces looking out over Tenerife. Good location, and close the the ferry which was where I needed to get to, although still a 30 min walk. The pools looked nice although I didn’t get to use them.

The air con in my room wasn’t really air con at all, was blowing out hot air with a musty smell. Had to turn it off which meant had a terrible hot sleep in august but was better than the smell. The apartment itself was very spacious, with nice bathrooms and lovely terraces & a functional Kitchen. The lack of real air con kind of ruined my experience as the apartment was very hot, but it might be better in other apartments, they might differ in quality.

Everything about the hotel is marvellous, from the staff welcoming us when we arrived. The room was up to standard for a family of 5 enough room to move around and for privacy. The supplies in the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the fridge was big to fit all our shopping. The facilities are excellent from the swimming pool, bar which was open till late and the rest. Location is very good and easy to assess anywhere you want to go. Also, the taxi services was very efficient. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. My family and I would definitely come back again whenever we are in Tenerife

Pool and surroundings clean and relaxing and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The twin beds were solid as a rock, almost felt like there were no matrices. The kitchen was very dated and couldve done with a facelift. Always felt like we were being watched by the security guard. Noise from the pool area after 11pm. One tite there was an altercation between some noisy guests an security. Also late night karaoke coming from 300m away down the hill.

Staff go above and beyond they really do care about your stay 5 star

From the moment we stepped inside the entrance we were made feel at home. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The size of the room was great + having a terrace was a plus. Amazing that they also had AC and fridge.

Dirty bathroom - found a cockroach in the middle of the night, plus bedding is outdated from the 70s.

Just back from a weeks holiday stayed in the Beverley hills suites as a family of 5 and we had a great holiday, kids loved the pool, pool tables and the tennis whilst the bar was open daily until 11pm, we had b&b and the breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The rooms and the complex in general was very clean and although a bit quiet it was a mix of people and ages and meant no crazy fight ever for sun beds. All the staff were lovely and really helpful.

We were fine but if you struggle with mobility there is a lot of stairs and the hotel is up a hill.
