The hotel was in the middle of the Medina and despite this, was an oasis of calm and quiet. It was lovely and clean - lots of little attentions to detail. The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. The bathrooms were brilliant! I would definitley return.
Breakfast only starts at 8.30 - we were only staying one night and the next morning we were leaving directly to fly home and needed breakfast before 8.30 and unfortyunately this was not possible... if we had known that it was not possible to have a breakfast, we might have looked for another place that did an earlier breakfast or a place where breakfast wasn't included in the price.

Wonderful location in the northern part of the Medina. Walkable distance to the souks and local food restaurants, yet calm and quiet to sleep in the night relaxing roof terrace.
The staff were super friendly and always willing to help and support. Really helpful. Very nice breakfast with both traditional and international food and drinks, super!
Nothing in particular. We just wished our suite for a family of 4 was a little bigger but we understand the architecture of the building probably didn’t allow.

Beautiful interiors, very good marrocan style sweet breakfast, small pool to refresh after hot day- worked especially for children, friendly and helpful staff
Like riads in general, you can hear all noises inside and other people can hear you,
