Location close to Eastpark Mall was great

Beds weren't the most comfortable - close to the ground and felt unstable

Front desk service was exceptional

The service at the restaurant was painfully slow but staff was pleasant.

Close proximity to malls and secure location.

No lounging area in room even though the web description says there was a sleeper couch in sitting area.

The water floods the drainage system is very poor. Customer care is not up to standard

worst experience ever. on the shuttle to the hotel the driver informed me that they were overbooked and proceeded to take me to a cheaper hotel. no prior communication. it really pathetic. is this the way marriott treats their customers worldwide?

we like the location and excellent food and staff.

lots of noise on the street and it seems to be a den for prostitution.

I stayed here from July 31st to August 15, 2022. The staff was terrific I came there for the Premiere of my movie Ojanoma, which premiered at the NuMetro Cinemas. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and almost everything you need is within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was very good! The laundry room service was life-saving, and I would get my clothes back the same day. I recommend this hotel.
