The location is unbeatable
The room was extremely dated. The rooms were quite loud from the streets below and the mattresses, shower heads etc all need replacing.

This accommodation was amazing & the staff at reception went out off their way to make our stay even better. Will definitely recommend to friends & will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Nothing just amazing we love love it and will definitely be back. Staff particularly good. Well done.

Close to Kirra beach
Most of all, the property was not clean, except for the linen. The kitchen was very basic in its fitout, with barely a matching or full set of crockery, cutlery or glassware. No S & P or oil as a basic starter as in every other property we have stayed at. Poorly presented, I had to wash the pillow covers on the lounge before sitting on them & have photos of how dirty they were if you’re interested. The kitchen cupboards and drawers all dirty, some of which I washed when I washed the contents before use. And the main bedroom shower recess needs a good scrub. All in all not recommended. Get a new cleaner or do some quality control !
