Villa les Dunes

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Die Betreiberin ist wirklich sehr nett und spricht deutsch.

Es ist ein altes Haus mit allem was dazugehört…

Wonderful views, breakfast (not taken) looked great and was home cooked. For a single overnight stay with a dog it suited admirably. Madame was very helpful and recommended places to dine, even telephoning for us.

Nothing needed.

Unbeschreibliche Lage! Sehr nette (deutsch sprechende) Vermieterin

Sehr schlichte Ausstattung, aber das war bekannt

The villa is right on the beach.

The window and balcony that give a view to the sea make it very unpractical to actually look outside. A very small balcony and dirty windows. Actually I can't think of a clean place in that room. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for years. Plastic flowers and "paintings" on the walls, extremely small room and an unpleasant scent when entering the villa that made having breakfast at the villa unthinkable. By the smell of breakfast when we left to look for a bakery, breakfast in that place is ill-advised (10€/person).. The owners may want customers to believe it's a charming villa, but it's old, unkept, dirty and tacky. We will never return and people looking for a comfortable and clean accommodation should keep looking. The town is marvellous and we had a great time except for the accommodation.
