Everything was perfect

Comfortable rooms, AC TV and wifi all working great. Tub and shower pressure was divine especially after long hiking days! Central and close to all the restaurants and water. Beautiful and well lit street with lots to do.

Was told we had breakfast included and we ended up not having it included- was a surprise bill at the end.

The water pressure is very low and it was a little noisy early in the morning. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Overall friendly staff. The staff in Achiote were pleasant and those working at the front desk were very helpful. The convenience of the airport shuttle was also appreciated. The AC in the room was a welcome break from the 100F heat outside.

Most of the waitstaff at Mango's, the rooftop bar, were a bit unpleasant. Inattentive and sassy.

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel and the location was. We are traveling on our motorcycles and were able to park right out front. It reminded us of time spent in Europe with the cobblestone streets and the buildings. Our room was good, hot shower, comfortable beds, good ac unit. We enjoyed the hotel, the vibe was great, the staff was friendly. The food was good and we loved the coffee.
