Location is convenient Staff is helpful Room amenities exceed expectations very happy with Room cleanliness

Corner Room is near to the stairs / emergency exit able to hear the noise from stairs and opening/closing of doors early in the morning Toilet / Bathtub with big windows but curtains have to be closed all time because it is so close to the windows from the next building ( within an arm reach )

The location was great. We booked a room with a washing machine/dryer.

- The room was much smaller than expected. The balcony was not a usable space. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Stains in the shower and bathtub. - Pillows were hard. - late checkout not available. It would cost NT$500 per hour.

This was the first hotel booked via Booking.com that exceeded my expectations and the best I have visited in Taipei. Absolutely pleasant stay. The room was well equipped. Bathroom was like a mini-spa resort. Good location. If the price is maintained at a reasonable level, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location is great, just minutes walk to MRT Station. The room even provide a wireless charging pad which is fast and great.

At night, the bathroom seems to fill with smoking smell that is the only disappointment this stay.

The breakfast was ok for the price. It was unfortunate that the aircon was broken but it was bearable. The location and surrounding facilities was awesome. Easy to get around and enjoy many aspects of Taipei.

This isn't really what I didn't like but something for you to consider. I've stayed here before hence why I returned as I enjoyed my previous stay. However, the rooms are beginning to look a little tired. Maybe a fresh paint/varnish job. The corners around cabinets are looking a little grubby now. Not dirty per say. Merely a suggestion and it wouldn't stop me from returning. Thank you.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Central location.

It is a mistake to place the washer and dryer at the balcony. I received a call in the middle of the night from my next room neighbor complaining that the noise from the washing machine is affecting her sleep. I ended up have to wake up and stop the washing machine. It is ridiculous to provide a facility that the guests couldn't use!

The location is good and the rooms are clean.

The rooms are small and some of them are a bit dark. The hotel facilitates are quite limited. It doesn’t seem like a 4 star hotel and over priced.
