Absolutely everything! Our large first floor room overlooked the garden, in which was a large seating area and a pool. The room itself was spacious and had everything one needed The bathroom is undoubtedly the best we have ever had. It was spacious and beautifully tiled by Julia’s father - you just have to see it to appreciate it! Breakfast was great and plentiful and was taken in a room attached to the main house

Location is near Blois, with car, -10 minutes. Private parking, in general quiet, good breakfast and clean room.

We were quite disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. Pool - we kindly asked if the pool could be opened earlier (she opened the pool at 10), but Julia told it was not possible due to the outside temperature. However, it was already 19°C at 8 AM! during our stay and the pool water was 29°C, Pool was not available for us on the last day at 10:00 (Check out is 11:00). We really feel that opening it earlier would have been a small but meaningful gesture towards guests. -No iron available in the room. - No “do not disturb sign to use”. While we appreciated that the bed was made, there was no option to choose whether we wanted room service that day. Our towels were also mixed afterwards, which was confusing. - barking dog early in one morning and disturbed our sleep and was also playing and barking during quiet breakfast. We hope this feedback is helpful, as these small details can make a big difference to the guest experience.
