I liked how comfortable the windowless rooms were. Sleep is not an issue. I prefer room service to the buffet.
Cleaning up the air-conditioning and bathroom is a must. The breakfast area needs to be cleaned for pests a bit more thoroughly.

Room, bed was okay.
The keycard didn't work. We waited at least 20 mins to get it resolved. Annoying after the stress of traveling. Asked twice for three extra hangers. Walls are thin, you could hear people's business. Takes a while for AC to cool.
