Good sized, clean unit with everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Loved the spa bath, good central heating, good kitchen set up and supplies provided helpful. Beds comfortable and warm blankets. Nice views, Spacious cozy house. Easy parking on site. Easy key pick up and drop off. Good to have washing machine and dryer. Nice and quiet.

The bathrooms and kitchen could do with some renovation eg one door didn't close, shower curtain too short so leaked on floor, other door is chipping off. Dishwasher and welcome food hamper would add an extra touch of luxury.

Fantastic location across from the Echo Point lookout (Three Sisters). Also a cafe and restaurants nearby.

check in procedures or key code we’re never sent. When we arrived, we got an email stating that we should go to the motel to pick up keys. No one was at the motel. The intercom system was abysmal. The unit (#4) does not look like the pictures posted on the website. The smell of carpet freshener was overpowering. The carpet itself was very old and worn. The electric strip in one bedroom was falling out of the wall. There’s a hole in the vent on the floor. There are no bed stands or bedside lamps as shown on the listing. The dryer vent was disconnected and hanging loose. the shower curtain blew all over and stuck to you when you were showering. Management was unresponsive to our email after check in. Would not recommend.

Location and size of the house

Beds were a bit hard, dryer didn't work, couches were saggy. Noicey in the morning.

Great location, a lot of space

check in process was hard. Wasn’t advised of the check in process in advance. there’s a phone at the place that you pick up in order to check in, but no one answered. randomly found online someone had gone to a nearby motel to get the key which I did, and finally was able to enter the property. very average.

Garbage bin was not enough

so close to ECHO point great views from our unit could accommodate 5 easily parking at door for entry and departure full equipped kitchen and laundry
