Latitude Adjustment, an den weißen Sandstränden der Costa Smeralda gelegen, ist eine luxuriöse Ferienwohnung mit 5 BRZ / 4 BA, die bequem Platz für 16 Gäste bietet. Das Haus verfügt über ein hochwertiges Wohnzimmer, Granitarbeitsplatten in der Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Holzfußböden im zweiten und dritten Stock. Genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht von den drei Balkonen am Golf und entspannen Sie im Pool (8,5 x 6) auf der Terrasse.
Der erste Stock verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit drei Etagenbetten (2 Einzelbetten und 1 Einzelbett), einen Flachbild-TV und eine Xbox-Konsole. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad, einer Minibar und einem eigenen Balkon mit Golfblick und einem beheizten Pool ausgestattet.
Der Wohnbereich befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Bereiten Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten in einer schönen modernen Küche zu. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für acht Gäste am Tisch und zwei weitere an der Bar. Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. We loved the location and the uncrowded beach. We rented a couple more sets of umbrellas and beach chairs, besides the set that was provided with the rental, so we were able to just go back and forth whenever we wanted to all day long, without hauling chairs, etc. That was wonderful! We are already looking forward to returning next summer!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment, our first vacation in the Destin area. The space was a little tight in comparison to the spacious NC beach homes we've rented before but the location, gorgeous beach, and area attractions and dining were superb. The kitchen is nicely equipped and could use a few small things to make it even better (eg bowls and plates are not microwavable for quick reheats or things like oatmeal). The home was very clean. We enjoyed the small hot tub/pool on the ground level. The views are amazing from all balconies. Other reviews noted difficulty in backing out of the driveway into the busy street but we found most drivers were gracious and let us out. We found the Frangista Beach rental management team to be very nice, thorough and helpful before and during our stay.

This property is clean and perfect for a large family vacation. Located across the street from Alvins Island, a short walk to Pompano Joes for food and drink, Dairy Queen for ice cream, and even a local coffee shop, everything is within walking distance including the well kept community pool with clean bathrooms. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed sunrise and sunset walks, swimming in the crystal clear water and playing in the soft white sand. William and the property management team are amazing and make you feel at home. We can't wait to return for our next visit. One week was not enough - we would like to return for two weeks next time.

For the most part we had a wonderful stay. Loved the elevator! Wish the living room was a little larger. We had the pool heated and it was huge plus as the beach was very windy and chilly. On Friday, we discovered that the dryer vent duct was broken which in turn caused the closest to heat up tremendously. That in turn caused the smoke detector alarm to go off. Fortunately Frangista Beach Properties had someone come to fix the dryer vent. Unfortunately the cold water turn off valve was broken and caused a leak from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. It was quite a mess. Frangista had someone come out to fix the leak. Since we couldn't use the washer or dryer, Frangista sent many extra towels and washed and dried the dirty clothes we had. Frangista was very prompt when called and did their best to remedy our situation.
William and Hector were great!

Scenic Gulf Drive is busy and made it a little difficult to get out of the drive way so we rented a golf cart and it worked out perfect. We could get everywhere we needed on that. The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. The property management company checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. And the beach!! The beach was beautiful and the beach service company had the chairs and umbrella set up by 8 am every morning.

Kitchen is well appointed and didnt lack a thing, we cooked in almost every night, even used the grill. Family Reunited
Our group pushed the limit to 17, with a variety of ages, and this property met our needs. Only a couple of minor issues that in no way hindered our enjoyment - and both were dealt with promptly. Beach privacy was not as expected (condos from across the street share the beach area and made it much more crowded than anticipated). Overall, a great experience. We look forward to visiting the area again.

Great location on the beach with spectacular views from every floor. We had a couple of minor cleaning issues on arrival due to post Covid 19 reopening that were handled immediately. Property management (especially William) was very friendly and responsive. They take care of their guests.

We were two families with adult children/grandchildren on our 10th trip to the area. While this house is in a great location and in close proximity to shopping, eating, and on the beach,the house itself had some drawbacks. The best entrance to the stairs for the beach is through a bedroom. We made this work, but some folks are not comfortable walking through someone else's BR on a routine basis. Also, the first floor which will sleep 8 people, only has one small bathroom. Also, the common areas seemed a bit roomier from the pictures. We eat most of our evening meals together and the kitchen was great, but the room to eat and hangout was not really sufficient. The house could use some updates and we had trouble with sliding glass doors that are on rough and rusty runners. I would recommend this property with disclosure, but probably won't rent it again.

Family vacation
Perfect location! Right on the sand. The master bedroom has a pool right outside the door. It was so convenient having children! When my 4 month old would nap, I could take my 4 year old swimming and just glance in the window by the pool and still see/keep an eye on my sleeping baby! Perfect location. Would highly recommend.
Just a heads up for future guests, you can only park about 2 cars in the driveway, so try to carpool if you can.

Great condo. Clean, lots of towels, and beach towels. Management was very helpful. loved the deck pool. Just a few things....the pool was full of sand when we got there but i'm guessing that's hard to keep clean. i would suggest leaving a broom in the kitchen. no windows or air in the bunk room so it was hot most of the time. please put blinds on all of the bathroom windows.

Had a great time. Beautiful ocean front. Kids loved the little pool. Very clean and management communicated well. App was convenient and informative for pretty much everything you need to know about the property and things to do.

Absolutely beautiful views from every floor! The house was very nice and clean and perfect location! The property manager was delightful to deal with. He called to tell us our rental was ready to checkin at 1:30. Cant wait to go back!

Customer attention from Frangista Beach properties was great. But we decided the listing for Latitude Adjustment was a mirage. Yes, it sleeps 17. But once everyone gets out of bed, you are on top of each other. Look at the photos closely when deciding to rent. The kitchen, dining and living space was very small and full of furniture to make it look like it could accommodate everyone - but really only comfortable for a few at a time. Would not recommend this property for large groups that want to be together. We were 8 and could not all be in the living room at once. Rugs were dirty and needed cleaned or replaced. Well decorated. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Dishwasher racks need replaced and wood cabinets and floors in kitchen were worn and dirty. Pool on first floor was waiting on a part so could not heat. Parking is very crammed - only 2 comfortably in driveway. Very close to busy road and intersection. Had to cross traffic to walk the dog. Umbrella and chair service great. Destin beach and ocean made up for the crammed space.

Beautiful vacation rental. Each year we visit Florida and spend time with family. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect rental to accommodate our 2 families and grandma. The beach was spectacular! The house was clean and spacious for all 12 of us including the family pet. The décor was updated and lovely! Thanks you for making family memories that we will cherish!!
