There was a damp smell in the bedroom. There was grime behind the blinds in the bedroom with the window frames quite dirty. The bathroom floor felt greasy.

The staff were easy to contact and lovey to deal with. The property was clean, well presented and beautifully decorated with special touches that made it feel like a resort experience.

we forgot to mention that we were friends and in seperate rooms so single bed was not made up. No fault of owners but something I will try and remember to state next time. would definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely for its age. The kitchen was well stocked and the TV was loaded with a great range of apps. The laundry was great with everything supplied.

The water pressure in the shower is very bad and for the nightly rate I was disappointed that there was no TV in the master bedroom. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very bad.

Location & facilities were great.

A bath mat & a small carton of long life milk would have been great.

Lovely outlook to the lake. Comfortable unit with all we needed. Great location, close to shops, cafes, lake and beach.

Large spacious unit with a lovely outlook. Proximity to shops and restaurants was great. Cold day on arrival, heating in the lounge room was excellent. I loved the Ipad welcome, the instructions, correspondence and all the facilities and surrounds were described in detail. WIFI connected.

Heating in the main bedroom was not efficient, I think the filter needed changing, and or a service was required on the unit. It smelt hot when turned on. I noticed the previous person had the temperature turned up to 30C which couldn't have been correct if the unit was working properly. Oven / griller wasn't perfectly cleaned. Ice maker broken.

The location with the view across the lake is beautiful. Chill Out Apartment is fresh and clean and simply and tastefully decorated. A really good size apartment and very comfortable.

Great location! It was an easy walk into town, to the beach and the breakwall.

What an absolutely stunning property. It’s the little things. Everything was here to make our stay both comfortable and practical. From the deep drawer in the bathroom for storage, to a fully equipped kitchen, enough cushions to feel at home on the lounge, wifi extenders in the bedroom and a fully functional laundry. We cannot speak highly enough of this place, so much so, we spent some time investigating when to book again. The design is beautiful and tastefully done. We had rain every day while here but we go home relaxed because of how “at home” we felt. We walked in the rain up to the main street and back, easily. The eateries are all close by and the bigger shopping centre a short drive away. Even the outlook on a cloudy miserable day was ok. Dolphins and pelicans swam by and we saw them easily from the balcony. 10/10 just doesn’t do this place justice, so do yourself a favour and book now!
