Breakfast was delicious and there was great variety. location is beautiful, it is the furthest away from the centre on that side of the island. I think if the tide is out you can walk/swim to monkey beach but we never tried. We had issues trying to work the air conditioning on the first night with it being a little old but a night porter on reception came straight up and showed us so he couldn’t of been more helpful considering this was very late at night! The pool is the best but about the place by far, beautiful views and super clean! There is also a beach right at the front door!

There was a lack of social spaces, didn’t see any staff on the bar and it never seems to be open. There was a lot of empty space where the hotel could of maybe invested in gym facilities to make it extra special.

We liked the location it's at the quiet end of the bay, beautiful views from top rooms and the pool was good. Good to stay only if you don't like the islands party noise

The room furniture looks very old, everything in the hotel looks old and need refurbishing, AC can see mold inside. Breakfast didn't look great. Lots of people from day trips come to the hotel during day to make pictures from top of the hotel etc. Also the water pump outside our room made lots of noise, slept with earplugs. Expensive.

The amazing view from the 3rd floor pool. Breakfast was good, the aircon was quiet and effective and the room was really comfortable. Mostly though, the brilliant staff! Who chased after me when I'd already checked out to return my phone charger and cable that I'd left behind. And the lovely chap who met me at the port and lugged my bags on a trolley all the way to the hotel. It's a long way. Thanks again to all of them! I'd love to return.

It's quite far from the shops and restaurants of Phi Phi Don. Stock up with drinks and snacks when you're in town because there really isn't much going on in the vicinity of the hotel. But the upside of that is, it's super quiet!

Lights didnt work in the room. They give bad undrinkable water that's free. The Cleaners stole my wedding ring and the staff covered it up. I literally spoke to them minutes after I left my room. Went to reception for them to have a look. They weren't amused and just brushed it off. I tried to explain the sentiments of the wedding ring. I mean no-one speaks English and they just smile and nod. Really pissed off. Manager at day time didn't really want to help nor did she had a look. She didn't even bother. That's crazy. I will be writing to the General Manager regarding this issue.

No room service , cold and unsatisfactory breakfast . No restaurant or bar at the beach .No facilities on premises , had to go next door . No alchohol served at the Hotel

The quietness of the hotel, the hotel is located on the opposite side of the party beach.

We seemed to have a slight unpresent smell in the bathroom. I'd recommend to provide lamps on both side of the bed.

Great location because it’s away from the noise and close to some of the cheapest restaurants. The pool in front of our room was great and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beach was also great for swimming…

it was unclean full of bugs the microwave plate was broken they don’t give two room keys so u can’t leave the aircon on while ur out
