The location of Casa Agnelini is excellent. You are in the middle of the major shopping district and walking distance to everything. We were greeted by the host and given an orientation of the property, including the self-serve breakfast that got us moving quickly in the morning. Two big bonuses were the air conditioning, as it was very hot in early September and the elevator to save our steps for exploring. There is a taxi stand nearby for when you do need a quick ride to somewhere.
Nothing negative to say. Our stay was everything we wanted. A great place to launch a visit in Rome.

Sylvia is an excellent host and made us feel right at home in Rome. The location was excellent.

Location was good because shops and taxi rank nearby. Host was informative, kind and provided a map.
Loved the 13th century lift.
The breakfast did not cater for a coeliac. Separate toaster, a hob to cook poached eggs. Stronger tea bags needed.
The room was noisy due to air conditioning/heating and fridge.
