The staff here was amazing, very attentive, very thorough and extremely helpful with my many questions! I had a superior sized room which was very spacious and well appointed. There larger size rooms will feel like a spacious apartment. Before leaving I booked my stay for my return trip una few months.

The property does not have an elevator and while that was not an issue for me, it might be for others. Other than flagging this, there were no other issues. I highly recommend this property.

I have no complaints at all

Good location, room is big and clean. The location is great, near the beach, market, tuk tuk. Very comfortably. I want to say a big thank you to the staff. We had an unpleasant situation with the transfer, it did not come to pick us up and take to the airport. And then we could not order a taxi for a long time. But thank you very much, the nice guy helped us a lot. If he had not helped, we would have missed the flight.

Free Coffee, location and value for money. East Suites is by far the best in the area. Looking forward to our next stay.

Nothing all was perfect here.

Reception was friendly. He even helped us to carry our luggages to the room(wasn't expecting that but thank you!😀) and gave us a short briefing about the room. Room is huge & clean! Microwave is available which is convenient for us to heat up our food. Convenient store, massage & bar is everywhere and Jomtien beach is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is quite during the day and only echo sound of music from the bar can be heard at night - We had a peaceful night of sleep! Bed is so comfortable that i dont even want to wake up.

No place is perfect and pointing out 'areas to improve' can help a business. However, on this occasion I am having difficulty. East Suites is spotlessly clean, it is in a great location within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants, the staff are friendly and the the facilities are exceptional. It is, perhaps, expensive but you get a lot for your money. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault it. It is just an excellent, lovely, welcoming place that I would rate as outstanding.
