room was very affordable and provided good amenities such as kettle and tea/coffee

wifi only worked for the first hour of our stay. windows were really dirty and there were spiders everywhere

Nothing. The whole place was run down and poorly presented.

Windows leaked. Mold King size bed was two twin beds make shift bolted together with a ridge. Duvet wasn't big enough pillows were thin and flat. Hotel tried to take extra 75 pound deposit

I'm a light sleeper so would request a quieter back room next time.

The staff were great and the location was fab. Room was well laid out with power points by the bed.

The pillows were horrible. Lumpy, thin and generally uncomfortable. WiFi was a bit hit and miss too

Was very basic. No shampoo or conditioner provided, just very basic soap. No breakfast provided or any communal rooms.

Good size rooms and bathrooms, decor is nice. Staff incredibly friendly. Clean and pleasant.

Room was reasonable size. table and chair, tea making, hairdryer and wardrobe. Beds were were comfortable we slept well. Bathroom had obviously just been refurbished so was nice. Shower worked well. Reception staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is the cheapest we could find so for the money we thought it ok for a couple of nights while attending a funeral.

The carpet in our particular room needed cleaning. The radiators weren't working the first night so alerted staff and were working the second night. Though just in case the nice lady on reception brought us an electric heater from her home.

The room was relatively clean and well presented. The man on reception was very nice!

However there were cobwebs and lights and skirting boards could've done with a good dust. The main thing was the trap in the shower being blocked so the bathroom almost flooded as well as the horrid mark on the wall where the shower gel bottle had been ripped off.

We took the Deluxe room for a week-end (room 9), it had everything we could hope for including a small kitchen, fridge and microwave which helped on the first evening as there's no restaurant in the hotel, just Lidl very close. Overall a great stay, very friendly staff, and very clean room.

The curtains could be thicker to block the light during the night as the room had street view. The heating was too much but the radiators can be adjusted individually. We couldn't adjust the shower temperature, it was too warm.

about 15mins walk from the town centre so a good location. excellent welcome from the receptionist both when I arrived early to leave my car and then when coming back to check in properly.

decor is a little tired and there seem to be no restaurant facilities available. my room was fine, however, comfortable and clean

Beautifully decorated and simple. Easy access and smooth check in and out process. Rooms are good size and extremly comfortable.
