Kayu Sugih Palace

Sehr schön angelegte Anlage mit schönen Pflanzen und einem schönen Pool. Trotz der zentralen Lage in Sanur ist es eine ruhige Oase, die einen vergessen lässt, dass man doch recht zentral wohnt. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Location, its was beautiful and peaceful. Very clean. There was a spa massage facility next to it. That’s was great to have a massage and walk back to my room.

The food/breakfast was included . It could have been a little hotter, I feel it was pre made and barely warm. But still great value. Would like to have been able to order a drink.

Kayu Sugih Palace was perfect in every way. They are tucked away just off the road, so the accommodation is nice and quiet, but close enough so you can easily access cafes, restaurants and the beach via The Icon. All the staff are lovely, and ensure you have a comfortable stay. I stayed on the top floor, that was perfectly clean and you have your own private balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I was very tired after my flight and slept for 10 hours! I didn’t use the pool, only because I didn’t feel like swimming. However it looked clean and I saw many other guests using it. Breakfast is great, I would have either Nasi goreng or Mie goreng, yum! I extended my stay as I was so happy there. I would have stayed even longer if they had availability. If I’m ever in Sanur again, this is where I will stay every time. If you are considering staying with Kayu Sugih Palace, I highly recommend you do. 10/10

Everything is perfect

Hotel is small and friendly in beautiful grounds yet only 2 mins from the main road thru Sanur and 10 mins to the beach. Pool is small but very pretty.

Breakfast was just hopeless. There’s one person serving and everything came out literally one plate for one person at a time. That’s a plate for fruits, one for toast, and one for eggs. Plus coffee. We are a family of 6 and it took us over an hour to get served! Hotel is also quite expensive.
