Grand Central Serviced Apartments

Stunning heritage site and lobby area, huge rooms with kitchenette facilities, heat pump, tv, comfy bed, good shower pressure. Close to public transport and the Spark Arena - perfect accommodation if you are going to a show there.

Location was great.Woolies a five minute walk away.Nice large room.

Very small table. No dishwashers- only a brush.

Love how it kept some of the history sentimental things of the property, since it use to be a railway station and how close it is to the Spark Arena - the room was cosy loved the bed was comfortable and modern bathroom and how I could sync my apps eg: Netflix YouTube and Spotify to the tv - I was never bored - loved how it had a mini fridge freezer - I would definitely book here again

Didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows due to my height but did get one of the cleaning staff to open my bedroom one I couldn’t open the bathroom one it felt stuck when trying to pull the string I was not shown how to open it when I arrived when I was shown to my room - cleaning staff may need to brush up on English - I’m not trying to be nasty she was lovely the female cleaning staff but she barely knew any English as I tried to ask her so had to use use one English word at a time to make her understand what I was wanting

Clean, restaurant in building, great location, friendly staff

I still have not received my security pre-authorisation deposit back that I was meant to get back on checkout. I have a printed receipt, but it has not been refunded back to me, nor can I see the charge on my bank app
