The property was beautiful, great look and interior design on point. Close to everything.

Fantastic location. Very interesting accommodation especially as I'm a fan of open plan living. Useful guide book prepared by owner.

The location is very convenient for the centre. There is a secure car park circa 10 minutes walk away located on the orbital road.
The facilities are very comfortable and the host gives very helpful check in and check out information by Whatsapp. They also provide a guide to Bologna including restaurant recommendation by type with specific focus on those close to the apartment.

The place was amazing! Great location and it was even bigger than it seemed from the pictures. It had everything we needed. They only thing we couldn’t figure out was the hot water. Everything else was perfect.

There is absolutely nothing we don't like. Very accurate pictures and description. It is simply a well thought out, well designed apartment. Our 3 nights were most enjoyable. The owner has thought about everything. Unbelievably intuitive apartment. Amazing location, quiet apartment, clever design, comfy beds... I can go on. It is a joy to return home after a day of sightseeing in an amazing city.

The location was ideal and Bologna main square with all the desirable shops, coffee bars and restaurants within a reasonable walk.
It is a pity that the excellence of the owner and his apartment was let down by the thoroughly nasty taste created by booking.com
I am asked here how I travelled from the airport. Booking.com promised me a free taxi when I made the booking but the offer evaporated once I made the legal agreement. Their subsequent evasive wriggling just made it worse. I will never, ever, use them again.

It was spacious, kitchen was perfect. Sufficient lights. Location close to the piazza maggiore. Quiet neighborhood.
There was no possibility or equipment to hang on your washed clothes.
Blinding of several windows maybe improved.
