This location has 2 small apartments next to each other sharing the yard with the owners. The location is awesome, far enough from the busy streets but also very close to the beach and restaurants. The owners Lucilla & Paolo are amazing and they know how to treat their guests. Although my Italian is as rudimentary as it gets we had really nice conversations drinking a delicious wine from their own production. The apartment has good space and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a kitchen which is fully equipped to be used. Bed is good and also the shower cabin has decent space. The nicest touch is the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a good pizza & a bottle of wine in the evening. Lucilla did an amazing job in decorating the apartments, we liked her philosophy a lot. Just ask her :). One last thing, they have a lot of cats but they are very respectful with the guests and if you want to get friendly they will reciprocate :))) We know for sure where our next stay will be when we are around. The internet is quite poor and unstable but they said they are on the way to fix it. Entry and exit from the property with the car is quite challenging but they have bikes which you can use so you can leave your car there.

Clean, quiet, adequately equipped accommodation. Very nice hosts. You can buy excellent wine from them.

Set behind the hosts’ private home and garden this lovely, small private space was perfect for us to rest and recuperate after several weeks walking the Via Francigena. There is a small, well equipped kitchen (four burner gas stovetop; pots and pans; utensils; small fridge) allowing us to prepare our own meals. There is a small market nearby, as well as an outstanding bakery and butcher shop. All of these shops were easily reached on the bikes provided for our use. The beachfront is also easily reached - only about a five minute bike ride from the property. We took our meals on the very comfortable, covered patio that fronts the house. Meals were made more enjoyable accompanied by delicious wine made by the owners (from their own vineyards in the hills overlooking Massa). You can buy wine for only €8/bottle - well worth the experience. The bedroom is cozy, with lots of storage space for clothes and a very comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is well equipped, with a nice shower with lots of pressure and hot water. There were toiletries like shampoo and body
