Fully equipped, comfortable, secure, cosy and private, in a central location. We are perfectly happy with our stay.

The only thing is that it is very difficult to find a parking space. But what to expect...it is a very city centre location and all on-street parking spaces are free of charge...So you have to work your way to find an empty spot...but there is underground parking nearby as well if you have no luck with free parking on-street.

Clean, renovated, cosy apartment. Good location, walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Nice wine bar downstairs. I would say a good value for money!

Poor soundproofing, you can easily hear noises from other apartments and some outside restaurants. No washing machine in the apartment even it was on the description.

Good for basic needs. Clean. Good location. Bed comfortable. Even heater and coffee maker although not needed. Terrace upstairs with a washer and dryer. Easy check-in and key access. Excellent restaurant downstairs

The smallest bathroom sink I have ever seen. Bathroom cupboards worn down but usable. Lack of info in the apartment since I read about the washer from another rewiever. No hairdryer but I forgot to ask for it.

Awful smell in the bathroom - from sewerage. Kitchen could be better equipped (no coffee maker) and cleaner. Apartment is not on sunny side so is little sad especially during the winter.

The apartment has everything that you need for a few days. You can call it a home immediately as it has a nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a sofa bed in the living room and separator for the bedroom. The bed had a good mattress and it was a comfortable sleep.

In the booking.com pictures and under the facilities it was mentioned that there is a washing machine in the room but unfortunately there wasn't which was disappointing as we booked this place because of it. The second disappointment was the garbage view of the room which was a big time spoiler. Also, the washroom was bad However, the location of the apartment was really good - the beach and nice restaurants of Puerto de la Cruz are just a min walk away.

It was a perfect stay. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle and a nespresso machine, nice surprise

Small studio apartment (number 401) in Central location. Short distance to walk to any direction of the town. Excellent restaurant down stairs. Their ceviche was one of the best I ever got. With a small balcony to enjoy evenings and mornings. Apartment was tidy and nicely maintained. Bathroom had a small window which helped the towels and bathing corner to dry.

We had a small problem when arriving around 8 pm as agreed in advance. There was no answer to phone calls. We had no other option than continuing calling. Finally after 15 min the phone was answered. Be aware that the street is noisy during the nights, loudly speaking, yelling and hitting the rubbish bins. And after six the rubbish collection trucks traffic starts... Sea view shown in pictures is blocked today due to building construction.

The position of the appartement ist great, diretctly in the town center. There is an elevator. Many nice Tapas bars in the area. Closest beach is around 700 meters away north east, one much greater and better then 1400 meters south west.

we needed an air conditioner and at night was I little bit nosy.

The both beds were very comfortable although due the apartments size, I would rather recommend it for 2 people. Apartment was really close to the promenades and shops. There was a washing machine in the azotea. The staff was really accesible.

Location of the apartment is great in terms of the closinest to everything important but the noise during the night was terrible. Our balcony was just above the trash bin which was emptied in the crazy hours.

The apartment is big and comfortable, perfect location, we really loved it!

The noise in the morning in front of the road because of sanification, but I understand it's necessary and important :)

I loved the location, the proximity to the water. There were great restaurants and supermarkets very close. The property is spacious and clean, and the terrace was a lovely highlight.

Even with doors/windows closed and sealed, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from outside or another apartment quite constantly.

Perfect Location, very central. Lovely and modern, spacious, nicely decorated. Lovely little balcony for breakfast, and most kitchen utensils provided.

The bathroom was unfortunately very disappointing. It smelled terrible (potential sewage work being done?), there was no shampoo or soap in the containers in the shower, the hairdryer didn't work, and the hand towel rack was just about to fall off (also it was in the way, if you wanted to get closer to the mirror). However, due to our short stay I did not mention any of this to the host, so I take full responsibility for that.

Good value for money. Cosy and clean, nicely equipped , has everything you need.
