This is a really great hotel with awesome view from the lobby, which is on the 12th floor. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom not too small and good location. The staff is nice and the free-shuttle service is also a plus.

Breakfast: they did not have any normal bread available..which is kind of sad. Other than that, all good, will come back again for sure when I am back to bogota.

Great location near to the airport with a great shuttle service (very well organised). Super helpful staff, great breakfast with a decent range of options, lovely warm shower and comfy beds in a spacious room.

Would have been nice to have a mini conditioner and body wash instead of just shampoo, but perhaps they just forgot to put it in our room?

The location was close to the airport which is what I needed.

The queen bed room was not available because they had issues with the room or the floor so I was given twin bed room. It was smaller than expected and lacked in terms of what was provided. No fridge, cups, slippers, bathrobe etc… a water bottle was left in random place in the room, which made me question if it was part of items provided or forgotten by a previous guest. The shuttle service took longer than 40 minutes to arrive and was further delayed once the driver arrived at the airport. All were disappointing.
