The house is beautiful inside and out. It was immaculately clean and supplied with so many extras like an ice machine. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. We had excellent communication with our host. The house is up on a hill above the little town of Sumartin. Just be prepared that the roads are narrow with stone walls on either side.

Cozy, clean, well-equipped, spacious, peaceful, beautiful.

Stairs to upstairs were challenging, especially with luggage. Dangerous for fingers as well. Problems with the oven. Maybe some instructions for dummies would be needed. :D We thought it was solved, but couldn’t get oven warm enough. We used barbecue grill instead.

I stayed at Holiday Home Nevista for 4 days with my 3 kids and partner and we had a great time We loved the house as well as the outside area and in particular the amazing pool We loved the style of the interior of the house which is fully furbished and equipped The host has been extremely kind and we have been treated as family Would go back again if we could

In one word......perfect. kitchen well equipted, gas grill big and clean, pool big enought for chilldren, clean, big terrace. Parking for 3 cars. Best vacation house by far.

Not realy a con, but distance from beach is at least 5-10 min walk. But still...not a con.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful pool and views, it’s got everything you could need and is so relaxing! We visited for a wedding on the island but enjoyed the restaurants in Sumartin and Bol. The host had great communication helping us out. Lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening with the pool lights on and relax, thank you for an amazing stay
