The food, the fish, the water slides, the saunas, the lovely staff who gave us a little surprise, the pools, the bar, the basketball court, basically everything!!

It would be great to have fresh and/or frozen fruit for the smoothies at the Winter Cafe, rather than just syrups

Beautiful, unique entry to the hotel, grand feeling, very clean facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Property was very secure and I felt very safe throughout our stay. Plenty of stay on hand to help with various issues.

Miscommunication prior to our stay lead to a few headaches that I was really trying to avoid dealing with while on a short stay at the Paragraph. Overall, that staff did their best to help rectify any issues.

Pool is excellent, clean, warm, spacious! Room with great bad, clean and multifunctional bathroom. Breakfast delicious, everyone can find some good stuff even the pretentious customers:)

Proximity of slides to the main pool. Food access next to pool. kids club.

Absence of dedicated security staff for slides. Not enough entertainment for kids. Staff needs to be trained for proper english and be more welcoming and smiling. We do them a favor, not the other way around. Less arrogance as well on all Georgian people would be greatly appreciated.

All the facilities and service were excellent

The only problem - people in the hotel are ignoring the rules in the pools and jumping into the water, as a result - there is a lot of water around the pool and it becomes very slippery and dangerous. Especially that was actual for the pool in the spa zone, because it is not open and the water dried much slower.

ძალიან უცნაური და უხერხულია, როცა თანხას იხდი სასტუმროში და უბრალოდ ნარდის თამაში, ველოსიპედით კატაობა და მსგავსი წვრილმანი გასართობები დამატებით 10-20 ლარი ღირს. ეკონომიკურად არ მგონია გადამწყვეტი იყოს სასტუმროსთვის ეს სერვისები და უხერხულობას და გაკვირვებას არ გამოიწვევდა სტუმრებში

Everything. the infrastructure was amazing, it feels like you have paid for every bit of the experience. my favorite part were the slides and the pool. they’ve got 6 indoor slides which literally feel like a water park. I loved every bit of my suite as well and kudos to Natia at the reception, she was amazing!

sky bar’s staff. they scammed us out of almost 100 laris. we had asked for a drink initially when we started our meal, the drink took over 60 minutes to come along with us having to ask them multiple times and then still forgetting. at the end of it, they added 3 drinks extra onto our bill, they had the audacity to argue with us saying that if it’s on our table, it’s something we pay for, when we didn’t even order those drinks?!? we finally fought for 15-20 minutes to get a refund. staff were extremely rude. the manager Thea is kind of useless in my opinion, I ended up talking to her the next day right before I checked out. sure, she acted very receptive, apologized and was very nice and then here’s the two things that really ticked me off. 1. after our conversation, she mentioned how she was sitting right next to us the previous night and saw all this happen, and then went on to justify the behavior of the staff saying it was because there were too many customers hence why they took long to prepare a drink. not even a meal. a drink. this pissed me off because as a manager, wasn’t it her job to step in the second she saw conflict with her customers and staff? especially if she was right beside us. 2. she offered compensation as she felt really bad. she asked us if we wanted free milkshakes or breakfast (which we already had paid for). look it’s not that im not grateful for compensation like that, but when this is what happens to your customers, you offer more than just milkshakes or food.

the property is nice .. I won’t rate it as exceptional but definitely good. the best thing I liked about property that I felt stood out was the bike track in the woods .. something that was very soothing for a nature lover like me plus the cinema hall which was free

everything is chargeable including 10GEL for delivery of food to room, if you carry food to your room from the restaurant then pay 4 GEL for the box .. feels like a budget flight service that is charging me for everything. furthermore some of the amenities were closed like the game room and pool bar .. when am paying the premium price .. I expect every facility to be available plus I needed to pay my food bill there n then .. I didn’t have d option to pay the bill at the end of my stay if I didn’t keep a deposit..
