The location of this property is truly exquisite. The home is lovely, very clean, comfortable, quiet and filled with lots of natural light. Our host Louise was absolutely amazing, loved her. We didn't want to leave, we will never forget our trip to Byron Bay.

Stairs going down to unit I left my luggage in car as there were many stairs to go down it was slippery as it was raining and there was no lighting Many stairs to go down to get to beach Too far out of town

Great location. Cute backyard that has friendly water dragons and skinks. Lots of cute kitchen add ons that were lovely.

Smelled a little of mould. Realised some of the bricks were quite dirty with mould given it’s an older house. We stayed in the Studio Cellar and through no fault of their own you can hear the owners upstairs moving around as it rattled the roof above the bed and the owners sounded like they were up very early in the morning as moving lots of chairs around is loud. So if you are a light sleeper you may have some issues. I have also got bad knees and was having trouble stepping into the bathroom as it’s quite a step up. So it’s probably not a great place for accessibility. Bit out dated but not too bad for the price of the apartment given the area it’s located within. I’d rate it a solid 7/10.

Cute little place overlooking Wategos beach. Has a courtyard and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Couch needs a new mattress as it is quite uncomfortable
