Eliton Hotel & Spa

We were generally very satisfied with our stay! The highlight was that we received a free upgrade from a Deluxe Double room to a beautiful suite. The in-room jacuzzi was fantastic and very relaxing. The staff was incredibly pleasant, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was rich, high-quality, and had a lovely homemade, traditional feel to it. The bed was also excellent and very comfortable, equipped with double pillows.

On the downside, the room got quite warm, and the bed felt a bit too hot despite using the air conditioning. The positioning of the AC right above the bed was inconvenient, making it uncomfortable to leave on while sleeping. The television was also outdated and not a smart TV. Furthermore, the internet connection was unstable with frequent drops and poor coverage. Lastly, while the spa and massage facilities are nice, the prices felt a bit steep; it would be great if they offered better rates or special packages exclusively for hotel guests.

Everything was well organized and professionally managed.

Every part of the hotel reflects care and professionalism. The comfortable room, peaceful surroundings, and excellent facilities created a relaxing experience. We appreciated how well everything was maintained.

Breakfast had plenty of variety but didn't appreciate being watched every time we'd get up to the buffet area.

Spa was too big and it took over an hour to fill. No separate shower so you had to wash in the spa which was difficult to get in and out of. Also, the tap hose was short so you had to crouch down to wash your hair etc No kettle or coffee machine in room. Only could order and pay extra via room service. Not acceptable for price of room. The chandelier was falling apart.
