Property is in a great location. Great size for a young family. Fairly well maintained. Great views
Has a great sized laundry, but was full of personal property, so could only access the wash/dryer (washer getting old, with surface rust) and sink. Pretty poor when paying such good money to have to contend with someone’s else’s personal stuff. Nothing in the listing to say this would be there.
Paid for a 5pm check out - cleaner walked into our room at 10am. Poor from the office to ensure cleaners knew about the late check out.

Comfortable unit in a perfect position. Great view.
Balcony was really dirty, we had to scrub it with buckets of water before we used it. Other than that, all else was great.

Very spacious clean apartment
Good kitchen and laundry facilities
Nice pool and spa
Underground parking provided
Very noisy inside the apartment during the day and night due to traffic noise and people on the street and nearby bars - located on level 4
Both single beds had a base and only a topper on top for a mattress
No shower gel provided

the location was central, close to the beach and shops and restaurants.
the unit was spacious with a good layout.
the unit is aging. it’s not been maintained particularly well and the cleanliness was pretty poor, it looks like they rush the cleaning. rubbish was still under furniture in the lounge room, hair in the shower etc.
