I loved the space & affordability.

I wish I had a broom to sweep the floor. We tried not to track in sand but unfortunately we couldn't help it.

The convenience of the location and fishing dock was exactly what we had hoped it would be for our stay. The rental was a great value for our family and lots of space. The unit itself was wonderful but, the property not so much.

We had a water line break while we were there which made the pool look like the black lagoon. It was unable to be used for the majority of our stay which was disappointing. We also were without water for long periods and inconvenient times for several days which made planning difficult. Vacasa offered to move us but, when we went to check out the new location someone was already occupying it. Vacasa was great while there and responding to our requests for some compensation but, nothing after we checked out. Very disappointing and quite frankly I’m not sure I’ll use them again based on how they handled the situation. I hate it when you get the run around from staff that the manager is unavailable or on leave. We got several excuses about the property while staying on the property although Vacasa staff did come to the facility’s around 9 pm at night when we called about the water line. I’ve never wanted to go home earlier from vacation but, this topped it all and made for a very restless stay.

We liked and enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was nice and clean and the view was terrific.

The only thing we were confused about was we thought we were getting either a queen or King size bed and it was only a double.

Very comfortable and nice and great location!

There was no meals provided but we had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We were able to meet the owner who asked about our stay. He was very nice and listened to my suggestion for a broom and dustpan. Also a gallon tea pitcher would have been helpful. We rate this facility excellent! I would stay here again!!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

The booking process was nothing short of false advertisement. It was advertised as $86 per night, and I understand some taxes and fees, but the final charge was over $250, including a $110 cleaning fee for ONE NIGHT. And in the booking process, the increase in the total was hidden off to the side of where to enter info. Very sleazy advertising and I was VERY upset to see the final cost.

The room was clean. View was nice. Deck was nice. Pier was nice. Birds In the chimney. Bad housekeeping manners. Didn't sleep well all weekend.

Birds in the Chimney waking us up every morning at 4am. House keeping banging on the door at 9am. And then coming back at 1030. They need to leave people alone.
