Fantastic location in easy walking distance of tube stations, the Thames river, the Tower of London, St Paul's Cathedral and much more. All the facilities were great and the kitchenette was excellent. The staff were wonderful - friendly and very helpful when we had questions.

Location was fantastic - within easy walking distance of three different tube stations, the Thames river, the Tower of London, St Paul's cathedral and much more. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and with excellent kitchenette facilities. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was really large and had everything what you need, including bathing robes, tea, coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in a good condition. Great location near the tower of London, close to nice neighbourhoods.
The breakfast was okay in the first day, classic English breakfast and croissants, in the other two days it was a disaster. It is supposed to work from 06:30-10am, so when we came at 09:20am on the second day and 08:20am on the third day, there was barely any food from the already humble buffet left. There is no safe in the room. Despite us staying in the 10th floor, you do hear the nearby railway (but we were aware of this).

Location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Your TV was probably the worse set up we have EVER encountered. There were 5 stations with NOTHING on and you couldn't access APPS on the TV so there was literally nothing to watch at night.
