The servicing
The food was tasteless omg I feel very disappointed. I need the hotel management should hired a better chef who can cook Malay food better. The nasi lemak tastes worse than nasi lemak rm2 tepi jalan. The rendang got taste but very plain. Not to mention about the mee goreng haiyahh rasa kapur mee tu tak cuci dulu ke? The pastries are also not fresh & fluffy.
I love the hotel room & toilet really nice but the food really sad :(

Room was quite big and gots lot of space. Its clean.
Quite old premise and in need of major uplift.
Terrible smell in room, not sure from where but could be the smell from the carpet.Bed sheets and cover appears to be re-used. We requested for new linen and wife did the changing
