Room needs decorations Breakfast

Nachsholim is located on a beautiful quite cove. We had stayed there 15 years ago, in their adjacent holiday village, before the hotel was built. Everything would have been fine - lovely room facing the beach, attentive staff, good food - except for the issues noted below. We will return in the future to their holiday village area, located closer to the beach, on the ground level.

Our room was on the 2nd floor without a lift. Though the beach was less than 100 feet away, as advertised, the actual entrance to it entailed a long walk to the Holiday Village because the hotel gate was closed. As a physically challenged 85 year old this was unacceptable. Despite their best efforts, the staff could not find us another room anywhere on the property so we only stayed one night of the three booked. Our room was described as a "terrace suite" on your site. The word "terrace" as well as the photo, led me to assume it was a ground floor room. This lack of an elevator needs more emphasis.
