Nice location resonable price

The location and price.

There were some noise for whole night. It seems like there were no heater in the room.

Its quite,good area

Bad is not comfortable,you have to leave your key if you go out for dinner,they take the key but there is no locker in the room, They told me you have to leave if tou are outside to hotel and you camt invite anybody,l wont invite anybody ofcourse but sounds weird,its like a school and its not a cheap hotel be honest,that time it was the cheapest that why l stayed.

Convenient location but decor needs a bit of modernisation. Warm and quiet upstairs

This is very conveniently located between Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancreas. It is an old building which means it is warm and well sound proofed. The rooms are small but cosy. The shower was warm and tea and coffee were provided

The basement room suffer from considerable underground train noise but the ones above are fine. There is no breakfast available in the hotel. The decor is old, tired and the radiator needed a pair of pliers to turn off (which the man at reception helpfully provided. The shower room was small but perfectly functional.

Disappointing

The Beds was clean and comfy, You can leave luggage there after check out if you want to explore more of London and then go back after.

Bathroom and shower extremly small. The reception guy quite rude on arrival! The decor is very dated

Exceptional

We loved this place! Perfect location--very close to Russell Square and Kings Cross/St. Pancras. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. We were in a room that had an interesting shape, which just added to its charm. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. When I return to London, this is where I'm staying again. Nothing super fancy, but my life isn't fancy, and this felt like home.

I liked it all! If I had to list something I didn't like, it would be the view out our back window, but I was only there in the dark, and it didn't bother me one bit.

I like this hotel and the staff!

I have enjoyed resting in this place. The staff here are just extremely nice! Thank you for your work, we were pleased to feel your care.The room was clean and warm. The hotel is in a great location close to the Euston railway station and Russell Square tube station. There are many places to eat nearby. Good value for money. So I recommend this hotel!

Clean room and shower, electric fan which came in handy

Very weird long narrow room like a corridor. Windows at the far end so not enough fresh air reaching bed and had to have the fan on. No electric point near bed at all. No means to secure door at night. Did not feel very safe.

Great, will visit again!

Amazing location, comfortable beds, very clean and friendly staff! Will definitely consider staying again in the future. (ps. we stayed in room no. 7 which was great since it is on the first floor)
