Great location, big room and staff were amazing!
The only downsize was as the bedroom window looks straight onto walkway to all the rooms you couldn't have the shutters open therefore no option for natural light without people being able to see you in the room 😀

Exceptionally clean, lovely friendly staff & so central to all amenities.

We are a family of 5 adults so the apartment is too small for 5 adults with 1 on the sofa bed and only 1 bathroom for 5.
The size of the appointment is too small and 1 bathroom is not sufficient for 5 adults.

Had fall in shower pulled pull cord no one responded.
It came off in my hand and staff did not respond to my emergency pull cord.
I called reception to tell them pull cord came off in my hand hour after it happened.
I was not asked if I was ok 15 min later reception called back asked if I was ok.
I had hurt my leg but nobody responded to my help call that is disgusting I could have been seriously hurt.
I have severe bruising to my leg and tummy not really good enough.

"Die Anlage ist super modern eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber.
Egal auf welcher Etage man ist- die Zimmer sahen alle sehr hell aus.
Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Betten neu und sehr bequem...."
