The location was perfect, right across the road from New World. Central to everything you need. Our room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children.
The pool was my boys fave part of their stay.
Staff was friendly and accomodating. Our room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Our room didnt have any air conditioning, No airflow in our room and it got really stuffy especially when the shower was in use. so we had to go to The Warehouse to buy a fan.
The laundry room was very small with only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, for the size of the hotel I would think there would be more to accomodate guests when its peak season.

Nice & close to town. Not noisy even though it is on a main road. Great restaurant.

Its clear there is effort to upgrade the hotel. When I pointed out an issue with the room service or code and website it was fixed straight away. Friendly staff
There is no information in the room about amenities nor on the website. Would have been good to know if there was a guest laundry or gym, Nearby local restaurants etc.
