Very comfortable place. Near to the city center. Friendly staff. clean and warm for the winter season.

The location is perfect and there is a restaurant across the street.

The facilities are a little bit used, the smell of a room - I think it was smoke of a cigarettes. The room could be a little bit cleaner.

Appartment with everything you need for a short or even a longer stay.

When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, there were bed linen only for 2 people (instead of 4). As the reception was closed, we had to call the back up number and were given in a quite uncomplicated way a substitute appartment. This, however, could host only 2 people (!) and the callcenter could not offer another solution for the weekend. We were told that a solution would be provided on Monday by the local staff... Too late for us! We then decided on our own on the presumably only possibility to resolve the problem: removing the bed linen from app. 2 and take them to app. 1. This was not a big deal, but nevertheless caused some trouble at our arrival. It would have been a nice gesture if the staff offered something in exchange (such as free parking for a day or exemption of the visitor's tax). It is not about the money, but about the gesture...

The location is perfect, just in the heart of a wonderful city, but in a quiet road easily reachable by foot from the main station. Staff were really nice and helpful. A supermarket and the central tram hub is just around the corner and lots of stuff to discover in Strasbourg.

Wifi worked after a while but reception and throughput were miserable, so we refrained from music streaming. Working would have not been possible for that reason. Having brought own powerstrip helped with using the computer and other electronics because the only power outlet in the main room was occupied by the TV. Oh and that was of no use because the TV's remote was lacking. Didn't plan on using it anyways. It was also strange having to put the water cooker on the floor due to lacking power outlets in the kitchen. Not being able to fully close the window was not such a big deal, though.

Location, friendly reception staff, lift to upper floors, contained all the facilities we required for our short stay. Dog friendly.

July - the room became very hot and the small table fan was not sufficient to cool us at nighttime.

There was no reception on a Sunday but the instructions/codes we received by e-mail for the front door/keys to lock box worked perfectly. The location was excellent, close to many tourist sites and several supermarkets in close proximity, except they were closed when we arrived Sunday. Wi-Fi was great (didn't keeping dropping out like some hotels). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No English-speaking TV channels. The weather when we were there was in the high twenties Celsius, which was great, but there was no air conditioning. A fan was provided but it was pretty warm in the room, even with the fan on and the window open. The ice box in the fridge was completely iced-up, so there was no chance of storing frozen food.

No air conditioning. Street is noisy early in the morning, because there is a storage facility or something like that across the street, and they load stuff from there with big trucks very early in the morning.

I both liked and disliked the location. As it's in the city center and close to everything, including public transport, the disadvantage of it that it is extremely noisy and loud during the late evening hours (21 - 00h). It's almost impossible to go to bed early, even if you're tired. Apart from that I like the staff, the comfort of the rooms and in general the value for money paid. Would stay again (hopefully in a more quiet room).

The noise from the street and the fact that there's always somebody talking beneath the windows and you can never go to bed early. Even if you try to tell the people to be more quiet it's never the case.

Good location it is really in the city center. The room size is good and the kitchen is well equipped. WIFI connection was good during the stay.

Rooms that looked old and not so clean. Heating water in the bathroom with gas - the old heater takes up a lot of space in the bathroom, which is already small. There was no hot water in the shower and there was no one at the reception to help us. We had to heat water in the kettle to shower. We stayed there in the middle of winter. Reception is not 24hrs. During weekends, reception is closed most of the time. Little kitchen. Noisy fridge. Exhaust fan didn't work properly. Strong smell in the hallway, of cleaning product. I had a very big dust allergy crisis there.

location was great, beds were comfortable, parking spot and price was good

it does not even have a proper coffee machine, the room was not clean, and I would expect that I don’t have to empty the trashcan and do the dishes when paying such price for the accommodation

The area was incredibly great.The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

I thought the housekeeper would clean from time to time. It was very clean when we entered then we had to keep it ourselves.

The location was a convenient walk distance from all Strasbourgh historic sites. Also the tram was only 2 short blocks away for longer distances. The young lady on the reception desk was very nice and helpful.

The accomodations were not what Booking showed I rented, they were much smaller. Be careful when renting as they only have 5 rooms with sofa shown in pictures! The room carpet was filty and room needed minor maintenance.

Location is grate! Staff members are polite.
