Beautiful nature

Tricky when you don’t travel with a car…should have realized how far away from the train station it was and that village busses rarely run. My mistake!

Was a very cute stay! Instead of a generic hotel, this place felt like a retreat with plenty of green space and several different buildings. The property was beautiful, the room and bed clean, and the staff friendly and the breakfast was tasty!

No complaints here.

There are a lot of foods for breakfast. The food like bread for breakfast is good. There are enough spaces for parking car.

The things in room like towel are not good enough. The towels are too old. The hotel is no staff for help when I did the check in around 5pm. I took longer time to find my room key and room location.

The hotel is a beautiful building set in a beautiful location. The room was a generous size, nicely decorated and nice bathroom facilities. The staff were extremely nice and the owner even reduced my fee as I had booked a double room, but I was travelling alone, so she charged me as a single guest, rather than two guests. I didn't expect this as I am used to paying for two people, even when I stay alone. There's also a very friendly ginger cat - which was a pleasant surprise to a cat lover!

Warm welcoming owners with picturesque setting with a beautiful lake and outdoor area. Good breakfast and on-site brewed beer. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Dammenmuehle

No air conditioning for those hot nights, however room is well ventilated with ceiling windows to let in a cool breeze…
