BEST WESTERN Titian Inn Hotel Treviso

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had an overall great experience! The hotel is in a good location for the airport (by car) and the hotel also has convenient free parking. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. There was air conditioning, a kettle, fridge and slippers provided. The bathroom was nicely designed and was immaculately clean. The bed was really comfortable and very spacious also. Staff were friendly, particularly with the out of hours check in which made everything straightforward.

There were a few things that could be improved. The bedsheets on the duvet was not a fixed duvet cover, just two sheets sandwiching the duvet which was a little inconvenient and the bare duvet kept coming out. The toiletries provided were not particularly nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing and we didn’t feel it was worth the money. Despite having paid for a buffet breakfast, we felt uncomfortable with the staff watching us and monitoring how much food we were taking, particularly as we were the only guests there. We were then told that next time we should ask before taking some of the food, which we found surprising given that it was a paid buffet. This made the experience feel awkward and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and welcoming.

Bedroom and bathroom were really big . Reception is 24 hour so can check in late. Breakfast self-service selection was fine.
