Good value for money and good location with great access to public transport. Local bus service very easy to use and good links and surrounded by locals but on the main road.
Very small lobby area with one sofa.

Duschwanne hatte ordentlich Schimmel. Der ist wohl sehr hartnäckig. Die Dachterrasse sieht auf den Bildern viel einladender aus: die Liegen waren nicht sauber, abee das hat uns nicht gestört weil es eh zu kalt war

Good location, very nice staff.
On the first night the air conditioning was working but never actually got cool. On the second night the air conditioning was actually not working at all. It was so hot and stuffy, no one could sleep. The sink drain did not drain and the safe box had no lock so we couldn’t use it at all. We were only there for two days so it wasn’t worth trying to get everything addressed.

Staff exceptionally helpful. Location excellent, easy to get to from airport via the Aerobus and very central for exploring the city.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent location, near metro station, near bus station from / to the airport.
We felt the area being safe.
You can find nearby non-stop small market-shops.

It is a nice hotel for comfortable sleeping in a good location. Metro lines, airbus stop and Montserrat train station just a few steps away. Room windows open to a quiet sidestreet. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was nice and clean, but the floor cover was visibly in a bad condition. Breakfast was good, but management should allocate more staff to attend it. In such a big hotel 1 person can not manage with cleaning the tables and restocking the trays at once despite the best efforts - I think in other similar sized hotels it would be the work for 2-3 persons.

We went for the new year, it was close to the dedicated location for the fireworks and city center. The room was also clean and the value for money was good. The breakfast was also good.
There was not a coffee machine in the room and it was not possible to have hot/cold drinks since the minibar was empty. I also had a car and the parking was not good. There was a parking downstairs which was very hard to go down with a car even for small cars. Thanks to the hotel, they offered an alternative but it was a bit far. Except for the parking and the coffee machine/minibar the rest was perfect

Room was fantastic, but was next to the Gym, could hear the thud of the running machine and weights, other than that everything was good. Staff was very helpfull and showed us points of interest for our stay.
Location is fantastic, a short walk away for the metro and busses.
I know this is impossible because of the location, but parking up to check in and get luggage out is non-existent.
Everything else was great.
