Loved the food, situation and hard-working catering staff
The receptionist was very rude, we had just arrived to a down fall and where cold wet and were told our room was not ready, it wasn't just the room wasn't ready it was her tone, nothing explained to us about our stay. Another couple walked through the door, and was completely different, their room immediately available.

Close proximity to beach,clean and lovely food.
Entertainment wasn’t great but suited me to take it or leave it as I lime to go for strolls along the beach.

The pool area is spacious with plenty of room around it.
The staff are very polite.
Overall, the hotel is very well organized.
The only issue is the elevators; there are only two for the size of the hotel, and they are very slow.

There are a lot of things for breakfast, the location is amazing and the staff is nice.
For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting more. Small elevators, the room and bathroom, in particular, needs to be reformed, the quality of the breakfast could be better.
