Poor maintenance. lack of paint, wiring exposed in the room, bathroom not working properly

The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and beaches nearby. Also, the breakfast was very delicious! And some of the staff were very friendly!!

The bed was not very comfortable and the receptionist ladies can be more friendly.

The property was located in a good area and the reception area of property was good.

Rooms were extremely small. There was no space to even walk around in the room. Bathroom was so small that two people could not even stand together. There was no lift in the property and no one help us with our luggage as well. Shower was broken and was leaking and dirty. Hotel has a parking space which was so difficult to reach at and the lady who explained on how to reach for parking did not explain properly

it is placed neat Palma harbour and ver quite. they have different bars , restaurants and clubs nearby belonging to them.. good option for nice dinners & evenings

I think the breakfast was very complete, I really enjoyed the options they offered, I felt they were very generous

I was introduced to Hotel Zhero several years ago and have been coming back year after year even month to month some years ever since and felt I should finally write a review…I have to say I love this place and actually always hate to leave! Why? So many reasons having travelled the world this place is my Zen, it’s style, it’s chic, it’s cleanliness, it’s the friendliest and by that I mean Hansi and his team are all amazing! the fact that everyone knows your name is truly special and reflects when you easily make friends with other hotel guests with ease to me says it all ! Great experince if you try you will see yourself 👌
