Amsterdam Hotel

Outside really a nice look, Notting Hill vibe. And really just next to the tube station Earls Court, what is a great area to stay.

Unfortunately we had a older room, so the bathroom was a bit out dated. But is great they are renovating all the rooms, so we are coming back for sure!

We got drinks as we came in and the room was clean and tidy. We had the room on the top floor and you could see the london skyline from our window. Tv was actually close to the bed unlike the last place we went.

There was nothing to dislike really everything was pleasant.

The staff were very accommodating and were so kind to give us some extra time to pack and the WhatsApp central team were nothing but amazing

Nothing not to like, all was perfect for our stay especially last minute!

The location of the hotel is very great which made it easy to reach other parts of London and even to get to and to go to the airport. The staff were also lovely and ready to help, which included holding our luggage after we checked out since our flight back was at a later time.

However, the room itself was very small, and smelt somewhat funny. Cleanliness-wise, it wasn't the greatest either. We had 2 beds in the room, and one of the duvets on the bed as well as the bed was dirty/was stained, so much so that who was sleeping on the bed preferred to feel cold during the night, rather than get under the sheets. The other bed was fine. Also, close to the bathroom, there was a nail sticking out from underneath the fitted carpet which I stepped upon by accident as I was not aware of it. Thankfully, the carpet prevented it from going through my skin, however it still hurt. In addition, there was a black chair in the room which had white stuff all over it, which we were not sure what it was so we just avoided using it.
