Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was bigger than expected, had comfy beds and a bath.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention for Carol, who cheerfully greeted us for breakfast each morning and made sure we were looked after. The breakfast was awesome, with lots of choice.
We ate at the hotel both evenings. Food and drinks were sensibly priced. Service was extremely quick too.
Lovely outlook over the river from the terrace and it's a lovely place to sit and enjoy a pint or two. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Good parking, Pleasant staff, great location and views from the lovely hotel terrace. Excellent Bar and spacious dining room. Good Breakfast and Dinner. Large en-suite bedroom (The Pickwick) with garden view. 5 mins walk to Ross town centre and close to amenities. 10 to 15 mins walk down to The River Wye
There is no lift, but I understand there are ground floor bedrooms for those with mobility issues

Lovely, very cheerful Welsh lady at breakfast. Breakfast offering was very good. Dinner average.
Lumpy bed. Lots of stairs.
