azuLine Hotel Mediterráneo

Good location, easy to walk into the town and to the beach. Good size pool.

Instructions on operating the safe were wrong, I had to go back to reception to find out how to use it.

Location, price, pool,.cleanliness

Very basic room and bathroom. Also I had an issue with my booking- when they tried to take my deposit there wasn't enough money in my account. They said they would retry in 24 hours so I added money. But they didn't retry, they just cancelled it. When I called, they said I had to update my card, not just put money in the account. I asked to rebook and they said no there's nothing we can do. 2 rooms were still showing as available through booking.com so I rebooked same room but it cost €100 more for 3 nights and the hotel said nothing they could do about it.

The beds were really comfortable & a great location for us. Special mention to Carolina on reception - super helpful & friendly.

The patio door lock was broken & the safe in the room didn't work (room 319). Also a little noisy at night

Amazing location, swimming pool area nice, staff very polite and warm

My room was smelling cigarettes from the previous visitor, they forgot to clean the room and I had to let them know. The next day they came to clean it late in the afternoon.
